The Driving Records module makes it easy for employees to complete and submit their driving records properly. The administration can generate a report with all driving bills with an overview and documentation of all vehicles used in the business.
Each employee can register their driving records in SERTICA, and thus satisfy both legal requirements and company wishes. For example, the employee can record the used vehicle, date, mileage, tariff rate, place, purpose and notes.
The module can also include the drive from home by selecting the option “subtracting deductions per day”. When creating the driving records, the user must fill in the mandatory fields. When data has been added to all required fields, the driving record is saved in the database with a unique number.
The administration receives paperless driving records without any missing information. The correct completed driving records can then be accepted by the administration by pressing “Accept Driving Record” in SERTICA. A report of all driving records can be generated to get an overview and documentation of all vehicles used in the business.
